Common faults mainly include the following
Pump body damage
The performance of a submersible sewage pump is directly related to its service life and reliability. If the pump body is not clean or contaminated, the pump body will be damaged. The solution is to regularly replace the pump parts, especially the impeller.
01
Water pipe rupture and leakage
Submersible sewage pumps often have water pipe ruptures during operation, such as water leakage, too fast water flow, etc. The solution is to use rubber tubes or plastic hoses to plug the cracks on the pipes.
02
Excessive air intake
The submersible sewage pump inhales a large amount of air when working, filling the entire pump with oxygen. The solution is to stop the pump and open the exhaust valve to exhaust the air.
03
Loose underwater transmission gear
Failure of the seal can also cause the submersible sewage pump drive wheel to loosen and cause vibration or even inability to rotate. The solution is to repair and replace damaged parts in time.
