Product Features

 

 

Cable:The special cable manufacturing process of sewage pump submersible can completely prevent water from entering the motor through the tiny gaps between each phase line when the cable surface is damaged or the front end of the cable enters the water, causing damage to the motor.

 

Motor:

Sewage submersible pump use professionally designed and manufactured submersible motor, its protection level is IP68, stator winding is F-class insulation, and the maximum operating temperature of the insulation material is 155℃. The winding is embedded with an overheating protection element, and the motor is protected by the control cabinet. F-class insulation is standard, and H-class insulation motors can be customized according to client requirements.

 

Motor cooling method:

1. Standard wet motor (standard configuration): The motor is cooled by the surrounding fluid. The heat of the motor is directly transferred to the fluid through the motor housing. The motor must be operated submerged. It is forbidden to operate the motor in a dry condition!

2. Cooling jacket motor (optional configuration): The pumping medium circulates on the surface of the motor stator to take away the heat of the motor, so that the pump can run smoothly at a lower liquid level.

 

Mechanical seal:

Two sets of independent series-connected mechanical seals provide sealing protection for the motor.

 

Hydraulic components:

Each hydraulic model is subjected to CFD analysis to form reliable and efficient hydraulic components to ensure the efficiency and passability of sewage transportation.

Impeller:

The impeller of sewage submersible pump adopts double-channel non-clogging impeller, symmetrical flow channel, good balance, smooth operation, low noise, which increases the service life. The efficiency is higher than the national standard, and can save energy and reduce consumption.

Leakage protector

A leakage protector is installed in the oil chamber to detect leakage caused by poor sealing or mechanical seal damage (optional for <15kW, standard configuration for ≥15kW). For high-power water pumps, a leakage protector is installed in the junction box and motor cavity to send an alarm signal for leakage in the junction box and motor cavity, allowing the control system to protect the pump (non-standard configuration, optional for ≥18.5kW).

 

Overheat protector

Install an overheat protector in the motor to automatically detect overload, temperature rise and other conditions to prevent the motor from burning out due to overheating (optional for <15kW, standard configuration for ≥15kW).

Install an overheat protector in the bearing. When the bearing temperature rises to the set temperature, the protector automatically cuts off the power supply to protect the bearing (non-standard configuration, optional).
