Pump body
The pump body is usually made of corrosion-resistant materials such as cast iron or stainless steel, and its internal cavity is where the impeller and motor are housed. The design of the pump body must ensure good sealing performance and make the discharge port in a moderate position to facilitate the discharge of sewage.
01
Impeller
The impeller is the core component of the submersible sewage pump. Its shape and size are directly related to the performance indicators of the pump such as water level, flow and head. Generally speaking, the impeller is composed of several rotor blades of different shapes, which can be single-layer, double-layer or multi-layer structures to achieve better pumping effect.
02
Shaft seal
The shaft seal is a component that connects the motor and the impeller, and mainly plays the role of sealing and supporting. There are many forms of shaft seals, including mechanical seals, marine seals and packing seals, and their selection depends on the use environment and conditions.
03
Motor
The motor is an important part of the submersible sewage pump, which can directly affect the driving force of the pump and the performance of the entire pump. The selection of the motor needs to take into account factors such as power, waterproof level, and service life. Currently, there are two common types of motors on the market: AC motors and DC motors.
