The LS series horizontal land-mounted sewage solids pump is a heavy-duty single-stage centrifugal pump specially engineered for conveying municipal sewage, industrial wastewater, sludge, and liquids mixed with suspended solids, fibers, sediment and soft debris. Adopting a horizontal dry installation structure, the unit is assembled on an integrated steel base frame, matched with standard three-phase asynchronous motors, featuring stable operation, powerful anti-clog performance and convenient ground maintenance. Core Design & Technical Advantages

Non-Clog Wide-Passage Impeller Hydraulic System Equipped with single-vane / double-vane channel impeller optimized via CFD fluid simulation. Large free passage allows smooth passing of solid particles, plastic bags, textile fibers, fecal impurities and sediment without blockage, solving frequent clogging pain points of conventional water pumps. The streamlined volute casing reduces hydraulic loss and improves overall pumping efficiency.

Horizontal Land Dry Installation Structure Horizontal end-suction top-discharge layout, fully exposed above ground without submerging in water pits. All key components (seal, bearing, impeller) can be inspected and replaced without draining the sewage pool, greatly cutting downtime and maintenance labor costs. Integrated heavy-duty base plate ensures perfect coaxiality between pump body and motor, lowering vibration and noise during long-time continuous operation.

Dual Heavy-Duty Mechanical Seal System Standard double-end silicon carbide mechanical seals with independent oil isolation chamber, effectively resisting abrasion from solid particles and corrosion of medium. The seal structure avoids medium leakage to the bearing frame, extending bearing service life and supporting 24/7 uninterrupted operation under harsh sewage conditions. Optional fluororubber sealing parts for corrosive chemical wastewater.

Robust Anti-Corrosion Material Configuration Standard pump casing, impeller and wear plates made of high-strength cast iron; 304 / 316 stainless steel and high-chromium alloy materials are optional for chemical wastewater, acid-base medium and seawater sewage. Thickened pump shell structure improves impact resistance and service life in grit-containing wastewater environments.

Low Life-Cycle Cost & Energy Saving High-efficiency hydraulic model reduces power consumption by 12%–20% compared with old-fashioned sewage pumps.
