Acid and alkali resistant pumps are professional industrial fluid transport equipment specially engineered for handling highly corrosive chemical media. Different from ordinary water pumps, these pumps adopt optimized anti-corrosion structural design and special wetted materials, which can effectively resist the erosion of acids, alkalis, salts and other aggressive chemical liquids. They are core supporting equipment for safe and stable fluid delivery in harsh industrial working conditions.

The pump body, impeller, shaft sleeve, sealing parts and all other medium-contact components are made of high-performance anti-corrosion materials such as fluoroplastic, FRP, and high-quality engineering plastics. These materials feature excellent chemical stability, aging resistance and temperature resistance, avoiding rust, corrosion, deformation and medium contamination caused by long-term contact with corrosive fluids. Equipped with reliable mechanical seal or magnetic drive sealing structure, the pumps realize zero leakage operation, which prevents the overflow of toxic, corrosive and harmful media, ensuring production safety and environmental compliance.

Acid and alkali resistant pumps are applicable for transporting various corrosive media, including hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, salt solution, organic solvent, chemical wastewater and other chemical fluids. With stable performance, low noise, low energy consumption and easy maintenance, they can operate continuously for a long time under high-concentration corrosion and conventional high-temperature working conditions.

Product features

The export caliber product has a simple structure, convenient assembly and maintenance, and long

service life.

Equipped with a cooling water tank that is interconnected with the mechanical seal through a

circulating pipeline, effectively ensuring long-term coolant infiltration of the static and dynamic ring

sections of the mechanical seal, and effectively protecting the mechanical seal from quickly damaging

the mechanical seal components due to idling.

The overall flow passage components of the pump are integrated by injection molding, effectively improving the overall structural strength, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, and other performance of the pump.

By using high-quality hydraulic model design and combining fluid motion analysis software, the overall performance of the pump has been significantly improved.
