Multi-disk screw press is suitable for municipal sludge, domestic sewage, food, beverage, chemical industry, leather, welding materials, papermaking, printing and dyeing, pharmaceuticals, electroplating, oil fields, coal mines, brewing, animal husbandry, restaurant wastewater, water plants, power plants, steel plants and other industries.

 

Product Features

 

 

  1.  Suitable for dehydration of high and low concentration sludge. When dehydrating low concentration (2000mg/L) sludge, there is no need to build a concentration tank or storage tank, which reduces construction costs, also reduces phosphorus release and anaerobic odor generation.
  2.  No clogging, reduces flushing water consumption, saves water bills, and reduces the internal circulation burden caused by the return of cleaning water.
  3.  The electric control cabinet, flocculation mixing tank and dehydrator are integrated to reduce the space and are simple and convenient to install.
  4.  The multi-disk screw press is basically in closed operation. And the treatment is stable and timely, which reduces the odor on site to a minimum and improves the working environment of workers.
  5.  The multi-disk screw press achieves full-automatic 24-hour operation to reduce the labor intensity of operators.
  6.  The spiral shaft has a low running speed of 2-3 revolutions per minute, low energy consumption, and basically no vibration and noise on site.
  7.  The body of multi-disk screw press is almost entirely made of stainless steel, which can maximize the service life. The only replacement parts are the spiral shaft and the floating ring, which have a long service life.
  8.  Daily maintenance time is short and maintenance operations are simple.

Workflow of Multi-disk Screw Press

1. The sludge in the sludge tank is transported to the metering tank through the sludge delivery pump. The amount of sludge is adjusted by adjusting the liquid level adjustment pipe in the metering tank, and the excess sludge is returned to the sludge tank through the return pipe.

2. The sludge and flocculant are fully mixed in the flocculation tank by the mixer to form alum flowers. The ideal diameter of alum flowers is about 5mm.

3. The alum flowers are concentrated by gravity in the concentration section, and a large amount of filtrate is discharged from the filter seam of the concentration section.

4. The concentrated sludge continues to move forward along the direction of rotation of the spiral shaft, and is dehydrated under the internal pressure formed by the back pressure plate.

5. The dehydrated mud cake is discharged from the gap formed by the back pressure plate and the spiral body. The sludge treatment volume and the moisture content of the mud cake can be adjusted by adjusting the rotation speed of the spiral shaft and the gap of the back pressure plate.
