Centrifugal pumps
Centrifugal pumps are the most common type of chemical pumps. Centrifugal pumps have the advantages of large flow, high head, simple structure, convenient operation, and stable operation.
In chemical production, centrifugal pumps are widely used in various process flows. For example, in the field of petrochemicals, they are used to transport crude oil, refined oil, chemical raw materials, etc. In the process of fertilizer production, centrifugal pumps can be used to transport liquid ammonia, urea solution and other media. Diaphragm pumps
The diaphragm pump relies on the reciprocating motion of the diaphragm to change the volume of the studio, thereby achieving the purpose of transporting liquids. Its outstanding feature is that it can transport highly corrosive, high-viscosity media containing solid particles. This is because the diaphragm isolates the conveying medium from other parts of the pump body, avoiding corrosion and wear of the pump body by the medium.
In the chemical industry, diaphragm pumps are often used to convey some special chemical materials. For example, in the pharmaceutical industry, the conveying of liquid medicine containing various chemical components, its good sealing and corrosion resistance ensure the purity and quality of the liquid medicine. Gear pumps
Gear pumps use the change in working volume generated when gears mesh with each other to convey liquids. It has a compact structure, uniform flow, strong self-priming ability, and is suitable for conveying high-viscosity liquids.
In the chemical industry, gear pumps are often used to convey lubricating oils, inks, resins and other viscous liquids. In some fine chemical production, for the conveying of high-viscosity raw materials, gear pumps can accurately control the flow rate and ensure the stability of the production process. For example, in the paint production process, gear pumps can accurately convey various high-viscosity pigments, solvents, etc. to the mixing equipment to ensure the uniform quality of the paint products.
Screw pump
The screw pump makes the liquid move axially through the rotation of the screw. It has the advantages of stable flow, small pressure pulsation, and can transport high-viscosity media.
In chemical applications, screw pumps are often used to transport viscous polymer melts in industries such as rubber and plastics. In some process links of petrochemicals, screw pumps can also efficiently complete the task of transporting high-viscosity oil products. At the same time, in sewage treatment plants, screw pumps can be used to transport sludge containing a large amount of impurities and fibers, and its stable transportation performance ensures the smooth progress of the sewage treatment process.
Magnetic pump
The magnetic pump uses a magnetic transmission to achieve contactless energy transfer, thereby driving the pump shaft to rotate. Its biggest feature is no leakage, which completely solves the problems of running, bubbling, dripping, and leaking of traditional pumps, and is suitable for transporting flammable, explosive, toxic, and precious liquids.
