1. Stop feeding sludge
When it is necessary to shut down, the operator should first turn off the sludge feed pump and stop feeding sludge into the spiral stacking machine. This step ensures that the subsequent shutdown operation is carried out after the sludge inside the equipment is processed.
2. Stop dosing and stirring
After stopping the sludge feeding, the operator needs to turn off the dosing pump and dosing system and stop dosing. At the same time, turn off the flocculation stirring motor and stop stirring the flocculant. This step ensures that there is no residual agent inside the equipment to avoid corrosion or pollution to the equipment.
3. Emptying and flushing
After stopping dosing and stirring, the operator needs to empty the flocculation mixing tank to ensure that there is no residual sludge and agent inside the equipment. Then, manually spray the filter body to thoroughly rinse the equipment. This step ensures that the inside of the equipment is clean and avoids damage to the equipment by residual sludge and agents.
It should be noted that during the flushing process, the operator should pay close attention to the flushing effect to ensure that there is no residue inside the equipment. At the same time, it is also necessary to check whether the flushing water is clear. If there is turbidity, the machine should be stopped immediately and checked for blockage or damage inside the equipment.
4. Stop the motor
After emptying and flushing, the operator can turn off the spindle motor to stop the equipment. Then, loosen the mud pressing plate and turn on the spindle motor to allow the dry mud in the spindle to be fully discharged. This step can ensure that there is no residual sludge inside the equipment to avoid damage to the equipment.
After confirming that there is no residual sludge inside the equipment, the operator can turn off the power supply to ensure that the equipment is completely shut down. Then, perform necessary maintenance and care on the equipment, including cleaning the dust on the surface and inside of the equipment, and checking whether the lubricating oil and transmission parts need to be replaced or replenished.
