1. Precautions for installation

Correct selection: Select the appropriate power, impeller type and material according to the water characteristics (such as viscosity, density, suspended solids content), pool size and process requirements.

Firm fixation: Ensure that the mixer mounting bracket or base is stable to avoid displacement due to vibration during operation. Keep it horizontal during installation, and the inclination angle is usually not more than 5°.

Depth and position:

The immersion depth should meet the design requirements. Generally, the impeller should be at least 0.5~1 meter below the lowest water level to avoid vortex inhalation of air.

Avoid the pool wall or obstacles. The distance from the pool wall is recommended to be greater than 1.5 times the diameter of the impeller to prevent water flow reflection interference.

2. Inspection before operation

Electrical safety:

Check whether the cable is damaged, ensure reliable grounding, and the leakage protection device is normal.

The voltage matches the rated voltage of the motor, and the three-phase motor needs to confirm that the phase is correct.

Mechanical state:

The impeller is not entangled (such as fiber, debris), and the fastening bolts are not loose.

The oil chamber has sufficient lubricating oil, without emulsification or leakage.

Test run: Test the direction of rotation with no load (usually the impeller rotates clockwise) and observe whether there is any abnormal vibration or noise.
